During the conference on Tuesday 21 February, the company MOHEA, will bring together in the premises of ISIPCA, in Versailles, the various actors of the French vanilla industry and in particular, producers from overseas, scientists and chefs.

The objectives are as follows:

To offer a place for information, exchange and meetings
To perpetuate the foundations of a periodic meeting of French vanillas
To promote the quality of French vanillas
