The SIRHA is known as the world's leading food service event. The exhibition lasted 5 days, from 26 to 30 January 2019 and took place in Lyon, in a 10,000 m² exhibition centre.
Every year it breaks attendance records, this year it welcomed 225,031 professionals, 8.22% more than in 2017, including 30,581 internationals. The number of exhibitors is also increasing, 3,770 exhibitors and brands this year compared to 2,984 the previous year.
